Zana is a Co-founder & CEO of Appdec, a software development company founded in 2009. She is a local tech leading figure who can often be spotted mentoring and inspiring young and talented women and girls in the ICT sector. Zana is among the first female entrepreneurs in the ICT sector in Kosovo* and a person who will also change the “opinion” of Kosovo* young women and their professional orientation and ambition. She is a skilled in Software Development, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Organizational Development.
What attracted her to STEM and her message to young girls
As tech enthusiast in her adolescence Zana boldly followed the path of Software Engineering career. In her 18 years of experience in the field, she has developed a special interest in STEM and education. She gladly shares her expertise with youth and colleagues alike, to help expand market of skilled ICT professionals.
A career in STEM is as exciting as it gets! It is a powerful way to change minds and influence world in positive way.
