In order to provide a proper assessment of digital transformation, the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) conducts regional activities aimed at improving availability, analysis, and monitoring of high-quality digital economy statistics, based on the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) of the EU. DESI for Western Balkans is a valuable tool for tracking the progress of digital transformation in the region and supporting evidence-based policies.
