Horizon Europe: A Brief Guide for NCPs
The publication prepared by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) aims to assist capacity building of national contact points for Research and Innovation in the Western Balkans. The guide is useful to other researchers and scientists less experienced with the EU science and innovation programmes to deal with various issues related to the implementation of complex EU projects.
