Open call for Five Researchers From the Western Balkans
An open call for five researchers from the Western Balkans is available through a project titled "Transforming Organizational Resilience through Entrepreneurial Mindsets".
The research project aims to explore how organizations can foster an entrepreneurial mindset among their employees to improve their ability to adapt to change and uncertainty.
Its goal is to understand how organizations can foster an entrepreneurial mindset among their employees to improve their ability to adapt to change and uncertainty.
The call for research proposals is looking for interdisciplinary research that can contribute to the understanding of the mechanisms that drive the development of entrepreneurial mindsets, and how these can be used to enhance organizational resilience.
The focus of open call for five researchers
The research should focus on the following areas:
- Relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and organizational resilience
- Role of leadership in fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and enhancing organizational resilience
- Impact of organizational culture and structure on the development of entrepreneurial mindsets and organizational resilience
- Role of education and training in fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and enhancing organizational resilience
The call also welcomes research proposals that explore the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and organizational resilience in specific industries or contexts such as SMEs, family businesses, and public organizations.
The project is funded by Lattanzio-KiBS, a research center and will be conducted in collaboration with the University of Salento, Italy.
