The Growth and Traction Camp programme includes two weeks of free workshops, mentoring, and networking. It is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), in cooperation with TNW.

This is the third time TNW has run this program for startups from the Western Balkans.  This edition of the bootcamp will be held in Skopje, North Macedonia as an in-person program, from November 8-10.

The Traction camp will be delivered virtually November 22 - 24th.

Why apply?

Successful applicants can learn how to validate their business models and the steps to expand startups into a new market.

The programme will teach them to attract new customers and match them with some of the most desirable investors.

The entrants will receive one on one mentoring sessions with experts and get a chance to join a dynamic community of founders and entrepreneurs.

For many startups this could be a window of opportunity to enter a whole new world.

Growth and Traction Camp Eligibility

You are eligible to apply if you meet these criteria:

• Your headquarters or key staff are based in one of the six Western Balkans economies (Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, or Serbia)

• You have an existing product or service on the market, or an MVP which you have already piloted with customers
• At least one of your customers operates outside of your home economy already
• Your business is suitable to scale beyond the Western Balkans.

The Growth and Traction Camp programme strongly encourages women to participate to ensure that trade contributes to enhancing equal opportunities for all.

Due to the content and setup of the program, software development agencies that do not have a product or service beyond contracted software development are not eligible to apply.
